Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Art1fact Training Club booking service at app.art1facttraining.com, operated by Art1fact in Jakarta, Indonesia. By creating an account or booking a session you agree to these terms.

An Open Gym booking reserves one spot on the training floor for the stated session. Floor capacity is limited; sessions can sell out. If you declare you are bringing your own personal coach, your coach occupies an additional floor spot and must be named at booking; where our liability waiver is active you confirm your coach has read and agreed to it. Certain times are reserved for group classes and are not bookable as Open Gym.

Sessions are paid per session in Rupiah or with prepaid session credits, at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Xendit. Session credits and packages expire as stated at purchase, are personal to your account, and are not redeemable for cash. All purchases are non-refundable in cash; where these terms provide for a return (for example an eligible cancellation), it is issued as a session credit to your account.

You may cancel a booking through the app. Cancelling earlier than the cut-off shown at booking returns your session as a credit to rebook with. Cancelling after the cut-off, or not attending, forfeits the session; the spot may be released to other members. Schedule changes on our side (for example a slot converted to a group class) return your session as a credit automatically.

Sessions may be checked in at the front desk using your booking ticket. You use the facilities at your own risk, must follow staff instructions and studio rules, and where the liability waiver is enabled you must accept it before booking. We may refuse entry or suspend accounts for unsafe or abusive conduct; credits on a suspended account are preserved.

Photos you upload to the gallery must be yours to share and appropriate; they are reviewed before publication and may be removed at our discretion. Class and event photos published by our team may include members; contact us to have a photo of you removed.

We may update schedules, prices, and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact: jerry@art1facttraining.com.
