Who we are

Art1fact (“we”, “us”) operates the Octagon Foxx Open Gym booking service at app.art1facttraining.com (the “Service”) for our studio in Jakarta, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Service and how we use it. Questions: jerry@art1facttraining.com.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number, provided when you sign up (directly or via Google sign-in, which shares your name and email with us).
Bookings and attendance — the sessions you book, cancel, and check in to, including the name of any personal coach you bring and your acceptance of our liability waiver.
Payments — your purchase history (packages, per-session payments, amounts, and payment status). Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, Xendit; we never see or store them.
Training logs — workouts and results you choose to record in the app for your own tracking.
Photos — images you upload to the gallery, and class/event photos published by our team.
Notifications — if you enable push notifications, a device token that lets us send them.

How we use it

To run the Service: taking and managing bookings, processing payments, sending booking confirmations and reminders, operating front-desk check-in, maintaining your credit balance, and keeping our records accurate. With your consent (notifications on), we may also send service updates such as schedule changes and booking-release alerts. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Trusted processors that make the Service work: Supabase (account and database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Xendit (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs. We may disclose data where Indonesian law requires it.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as required for business and legal purposes. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to remove a photo of you from the gallery, by contacting jerry@art1facttraining.com. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
